Refund & Cancellation Policy

Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Service remains available through that date, and the customer is not charged for the following billing period.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable, with no prorated refunds or credits for a partial or unused billing period.

Frontmere may provide a refund or credit at its discretion or where required by law. To request review, contact support@frontmere.com.

Billing Errors

Report a suspected billing error promptly to support@frontmere.com with enough account and charge details for us to investigate and correct verified errors.

Taxes

Applicable taxes may be added to the subscription price. Any tax refund treatment follows applicable law and the underlying payment.
